Reservations, Payments, and Security Deposits
Tube Utah uses Twice Commerce for reservations and payments. Payments are handled through Twice Commerce and Stripe. Tube Utah does not store full credit card information.
A holding deposit may be reserved but not charged unless rented tubes or equipment are damaged or not returned. Security deposits will be released, or you will be notified of any charge, within 7 days after returning the tubes.
Emails and Text Messages
We send reservation confirmation emails and reservation-related text messages. Reservation-related texts may include pickup reminders, pickup and return information, and pickup address details. Promotional messages are not sent by text.
